The valve core is the valve part which realizes the basic function of direction control, pressure control or flow control by its movement.Any faucet switch control needs a spool, for the faucet, the quality of the spool is the important basis for the quality assessment of the whole water faucet, it can be said that the most critical factor affecting the quality of the faucet is the spool.The common faucet valve core has the steel ball valve core and the ceramic valve core.Steel ball spool has a good ability to withstand pressure, but the disadvantage is that the rubber sealing ring is easy to wear, will soon aging.Compared with the steel ball spool, the ceramic spool is more heat-resistant and wear-resistant, and the ceramic spool itself has a good sealing performance, so it can achieve a high resistance to open times, not caused by the nozzle leakage of the spool wear.The faucet with ceramic spool is more comfortable and smooth to the touch, and opens and closes quickly.

There are three common types of spool: stainless steel ball valve, ceramic disc spool and shaft roller spool.The common characteristic of these three kinds of spools is that they are integrated and the whole spool is an integral whole, which is easy to install, maintain and replace.

Faucet spool identification method

1: switch faucet handle, with the hand to feel, up and down the switch when there is no blocked feeling!(obstruction is bad)

2: turn the spool switch to half size and stop.And then hit it in place!Use feeling to compare, on half and bottom half feel is same!(a slightly higher spool can do this)

3: spool around (adjust the heat and cold) when!(use above method first) see weight next, good valve core left and right when "empty turn", namely feel very light!

4: use forefinger, middle finger to clip bibcock handle gently fluctuation or so ground moves gently, watch its are agile not loose, whether to have block feel, whether to have oily damped feel, be like agile not loose, do not have block feel and have heavy oily damped feel to be able to buy!
